There is only one EM radiation, but it can have different frequencies/wavelengths.



It can be (arbitrarily) divided into various bands. How that division is made, varies from authority to authority. The one in the link divides it up several ways. One is into 19 bands, from ELF (Extra low frequency) to Y (Gamma).



Another division is into:

Radio frequency

Microwaves

Infrared radiation

Visible radiation (light)

Ultraviolet light

X-rays

Gamma rays



But this skips THz radiation, and the very low frequency bands.
