What is a considered a safe cell phone radiation level?

Im trying to find a cellphone that gives off lower radiation than the phone I have, and was wondering if anyone knows what is considered a safer SAR level ( the amount of radio frequency (RF) energy that is absorbed by the body) ? thanks !What is a considered a safe cell phone radiation level?
The ICNIRP recommends a lower specific absorption rate (SAR) than 2.0Watts per kilogram measured in 10g in normal use. What is a considered a safe cell phone radiation level?
Your cell phone is fine. Contrary to popular belief, cell phones aren't harmful (unless you chunk it at someone). They are only harmful in theory and there is not enough evidence to support it.

The smaller the wavelength the more harmful it is. For example Gama rays and X-rays are the smallest which causes cancer (less than 10 picometers). The wavelengths of cell frequencies are fatter than microwaves (one millimeter), and microwave ovens requires serious wattage to cook brain cells, far more than that in cell phones.
