What kind of electromagnetic radiation is this?

My teacher didn't explain anything about the electromagnetic spectrum to us, so I've been a little confused, especially about this question:

Use the electromagnetic spectrum below to determine the following types of radiation (a picture of the spectrum is below it)

d. A radiation that travels at a speed of 3.00*10^8 m/s

Don't all waves travel at the speed of light in a vacuum? I have no idea what to answer for this one. Any help is appreciated! What kind of electromagnetic radiation is this?
Can you give us the picture? I do not understand the question. Maybe he wants you to calculate frequency using the velocity. And yes all EM waves have same velocity in vacuum. What kind of electromagnetic radiation is this?
"Don't all waves travel at the speed of light in a vacuum?" All electromagnetic waves, not just all waves.

Perhaps the question writer simply wants you to say that all parts of the electromagnetic spectrum travel at 3.00*10^8 m/s in a vacuum.

And, yes, it doesn't sound like the best question ever.
